African Property Awards ceremony held in Dubai

JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – THE Waterfall City is the best mixed-use development in South Africa.

The Waterfall Management Company has received the accolade on behalf of the property, at the African Property Awards held in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

It is the ninth consecutive time the accolade has been bestowed.

Other Best in South Africa 2023-2024 accolades garnered by Waterfall City at the event included Best Mixed-use Architecture, Best Development Marketing and Best Developer Website, with the latter two accredited to both Waterfall Management Company and Attacq, the strategic development partner of Waterfall City.

These four awards, according to the property company, are testament to the continuous evolution of this vibrant smart city in the heart of Gauteng.

In addition, Balwin Properties won awards for the Best Leisure Development in South Africa for the Munyaka Lifestyle Estate located in Waterfall City, as well as the Best Apartment/Condominium in South Africa for the Munyaka Penthouse.

All six of these Best in South Africa wins also received nominations for Best in Africa accolades from the International Property Awards – Africa and Arabia chapter.

Waterfall City has to date won Best Mixed-use Development in Africa eight times in nine years and Best International Mixed-use Development five times in six years.

It is the second time that it has garnered the Best Developer Website in South Africa award.
