How to Send an eWallet on the FNB App

Step 1: Login to the FNB App. Step 2: Select “Payments.” Step 3: Choose “Send Money.” Step 4: Select the account you want to use. Step 5: Enter the amount and select the cellphone number from your contact list or manually enter the cellphone number. Step 6: If you wish the recipient to receive a PIN via SMS for ATM withdrawal, check the box. Step 7: Confirm the transaction to successfully send an eWallet.

3. What is the maximum amount an FNB customer can send to an eWallet? The maximum amount that can be sent to an eWallet depends on the channel used for sending:

  • Online Banking: R3,000

How to Reverse an eWallet Transaction

Via USSD:

Using the FNB App:

  • Open the FNB app.
  • Navigate to ‘My Debit Orders’ under the ‘Debit Orders’ tab.
  • Select the transaction to reverse, provide a reason, and confirm your decision.

  • Reversal processing time may take between 4 to 15 business days.
