Their Member and Examination Management System (MEMS) empowers members, candidates, tuition providers, and stakeholders to interact efficiently online. This user guide simplifies navigating MEMS, allowing you to manage your profile, applications, and exam details with ease.
What is MEMS?
MEMS is an online platform designed by the NBAA to streamline processes for its stakeholders. It offers a convenient way to:
- Register for membership or candidacy
- Apply for examinations
- Check application status
- Process payments electronically
- Access exam results
Benefits of Using MEMS:
- Convenience: Manage your profile and applications from anywhere, anytime.
- Efficiency: Reduce processing times and receive faster responses.
- Transparency: Track the progress of your applications and access results electronically.
- Accuracy: Minimize errors through online form submissions.
Getting Started with MEMS:
- Visit the NBAA Website: Access the NBAA website and locate the “Usajili” (Registration) or “Register” button on the menu bar.
- Select Registration Type: A drop-down menu will appear. Choose “usajili wa Mtahiniwa / Mwanachama” (Candidate/Member Registration) depending on your purpose.
Login Instructions:
- Existing Users (Candidates/Members):
- Enter your username and password.
- Username format: “cr” followed by your candidate registration number (without leading zeros) OR your membership category followed by your membership registration number (no spaces).
- Examples: cr12345678@nbaa.go.tz (Candidate) OR acpa12345678@nbaa.go.tz (Member)
- Default Password: The initial password is 123456. You are required to change it upon first login.
- New Users (Candidates/Members): Click “Register Now” and fill out the online registration form accurately. Ensure all information matches your academic certificates.
Updating Your Profile:
- Login to MEMS.
- Navigate to: Dashboard > Registration > Personal Details > Edit Details.
- Update: Make any necessary changes to your personal information and save.
Adding Qualifications:
- Login to MEMS.
- Academic Qualifications: Go to Menu > Academic Qualifications > Add Qualification. Upload your academic certificates in PDF format.
- Professional Qualifications: Go to Menu > Professional Qualifications > Add Qualification. Upload your professional certificates in PDF format.
Applying for Candidacy/Membership/Examination:
- Login to MEMS.
- Go to: Menu > My Applications.
- Select the appropriate application type (Candidacy, Membership, or Examination) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
